When all this is over - the struggle and this life, no matter how scarred, it will hold a testimony to our unlimited capacity to forgive - ourselves, people and everything that went down.
No matter where you are today, you will look back and treasure each moment that you chose forgiveness and grace over unnecessary pain and suffering. You might not make any progress today, the pain and scars might flare up this moment more than they did yesterday, but, take heart and open yourself to the idea that you have immense capacity for loving acceptance and mercy.
I hope you laugh, love and live and give forgiveness inwards towards yourself, outwards to others.
